Shipping and Returns

Shipping Times:

Shipping is to the contiguous United States only.

Flat rate shipping is $3.95 up to $60.  Over $60 ships free!

Shipping times vary based on the print material or product type that you have ordered.  For limited edition prints, prints and photography the estimated delivery time varies according to print material.

Original artwork: 7-14 business days

Unframed fine art print: 4-10 business days

High definition metal: 5-11 business days

Gallery Wrapped Canvas: 9-16 business days

Acrylic: 10-20 business days

Framed fine art prints: 7-14 business days

Products: Production times vary. Estimated delivery time is between 5-14 business days.

Return policy:

Defective or Damaged Products:

We take great pride in the quality of our products.  If you recieve an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.  Provide your order number and a photo of the issue.  We will gladly offer either a replacement or a refund. 

Custom Prints and Products:

All prints and products are made specifically for you.  Due to the unique nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of these products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyer's Remorse of Incorrect Orders:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size.  Please review the product descriptions and dimensions of product carefully before making a purchase.  Many of the prints are custom sizes.  Please note those sizes.  Also note that colors can vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in screen calibration and your viewing conditions.

To initiate a replacement or refund, please contact us at elaine@creatifyarthub.com within 14 days of receiving your order.  Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue (including a photograph of damage).  We will respond with further instructions.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
