The Atomic Cat originally emerged during the Mid-Century Modern movement (1940s-1960s).  It reflected both the atomic age and the growing departure from more traditional and conservative aesthetics.  I designed this cat to reflect the original highly stylized long slender atomic cats.  Fun to see a recreation of a design from almost 100 years ago on a modern mobile phone cover.
