'Red Dance' is an original abstract painting by Elaine Van Wyk.

I love experimenting with different painting tools.  This painting was primarily painted with different edged trowels and sponges cut into different designs.  The colors seem to dance across the canvas.

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.  This is due to different screen calibrations and different printer settings and your own viewing conditions.

Original textured acrylic painting on a 20"x20" (50cm by 50cm) gallery wrapped canvas.  Edges are 1" (2.5cm) deep and painted dark red.  Archival paints were used and painting is varnished to protect it from light damage, etc.  Painting is signed on the back. A signed certificate of authenticity is included with the painting.  The painting is framed with a white wooden floater frame.  This type of frame frames the canvas while still allowing some of the edge to be seen.
